I’m a wholehearted communicator, highly sensitive person, and deep thinker. I’m passionate about communication, helping the community, and pursuing whole person well-being. I’m constantly inspired by people, the earth and everyday details. I try everyday to live more mindfully and compassionately towards myself, others and our world.
